From what I know there are two types of mountains in Europe that invites to skiing, the oldest mountains that also are the lowest, torned down by ice through out ages, while the rest of Europe was icefree, is the Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish moutains, the Scands, Swe; Fjällen
The other chain is far more to the south, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, the elps.
My german is terribly bad, even though the words are very simliar to all five Norse-based languages, the grammar is just terrible.
